Weekly Weigh-ins, the ones that count. I do generally peek at the scale on a daily basis now (even though a daily peek can drive me absolutely insane) but I only officially track my weekly weights. I also track percentage of weight lost, a running total of pounds lost, and an average weekly loss calculated across the whole period. Because all these numbers make is SEEM to happen faster. Right? :) I’m generally aiming to lose at least 10 pounds per month (4 week period).

    Hi Josephine! I just met you on the forum and your blog popped up on my screen! You’re doing wonderful! I love your photos! Keep up the good work! I wish I could lose 3.25 lbs per wk!
