Progress Pix
A collection of the various “progress-like” photos I’ve posted in my blog, all in one place. In other words, pics of ME, ME, ME! You know, just in case you felt like you hadn’t seen enough already. Click on the thumbnails for bigger versions of the pictures, because you should really look at ME close up.
Before-and-Current Pics:
I’m not quite at the “After” point, but there is still a big difference!
Feb/March 2008 (Before)
July 2008 (In Progress)

When I hit 149 (down from 207.8!) on August 1, 2008, I took this photo. I’m not at goal (9 pounds away) but I still wanted to see, in black and white, how far I’d come!

The legs photo shoot - or “what runnnig can do for your legs”!
Wow.. you look about 10-15 years younger! WTG!!! =) Looking GORGEOUS!
i’m floored. great job.
This is going to sound incredibly corny, but bless you for doing what so many of us long to do, and for sharing your pictures and experiences with us. I’m not usually a gusher, but reading your blog has given me a mad urge to gush ’til the proverbial cows come home.
Keep up the good work, and good luck with everything. You look absolutely stunning!
Fabulous. Utterly inspiring. Thanks for sharing these. You really are my pinup girl
Thank you for the inspiring pictures.
You look amazing!
Jo - YOu look AMAZING! I can’t believe that somehow I missed the boat when you got your poop in a group! I’m definately saving your blog in my “Inspiration” folder!! WOW!!!
Wow. It is so amazing to me how you look so… NICE - healthy, fit, thin, attractive. I mean, like you were never heavy at all. This is exciting.
truly amazing…u r such an inspiration to us all!
can i just say you have become my inspiration this month? I am where you started right now, and want to be where you are right now. I didn’t think it’s possible, but it obviously is. Although you do not look as heavy in your “before” as I look. Anyway, keep up the work.
I wish I would have seen these pics when I started dieting and exercising. You are very inspiring. You look great! Is running mainly how you lost the weight? I saw your sweat log and it looks like it has been your mainstay. I hate to do strength training and noticed it looked like you had tapered off on that. I also am running — well, started out walking. I am doing my first 5K in October called “Prison Break” where you get to run around a prison. Thanks for writing such an entertaining and positive log.
Your face looked better before you lost weight. Now it looks long and odd looking. Maybe a few pounds wouldn’t hurt. It’s bad enough you have them implants in your legs.
Jay, I don’t know who you are or why someone wasted a good hard squirt to conceive you, but if you are going to be rude, please leave. And for god’s sake! Please take a grammar class.
Jay, you are an absolute asshole. But, you probably get off on being an asshole, huh? Do the world a favor and jump off, would you?
WOW at your belly pics. you look good!
