Twenty-Five and -Six Week Weigh Ins
TWO POUNDS TO GOAL!
When I left town last Monday I forgot to post my Week 25 weigh in, which was 143.8 and as of this morning I am 142, which I’ll use for my Week 26 weigh-in since I forgot to step on the scale on Monday morning before my run. And let me just say that after my 7.08 mile run on Monday morning I saw a lovely 130s number, something I can’t hardly believe! Whoo hoo!
Just 2 pounds to my original goal, yippee! I’m glad I haven’t had to change my calorie level (a range between 1200 and 1600, but usually around 1500 per day) in order to keep losing.

Awesome awesome!! That’s all I can say for you
Welcome back! Hope everything goes well at the Dr. And great job again on the weight loss!
Wow, 130’s. That number does sound beautiful. I’m still amazed at your focus and work ethic, you keep losing at such a steady pace, even now that you don’t have much to lose. It just proves that if you are willing to put in the work that the results will come.
Oh, wow! You are sooooo doing this! Is this an all new you? Someone you can live with? Soooo exciting.

That is awesome!! You rock and are my hero. For realz.
I just love reading your posts! We are pretty much in the exact same spot, weight wise. I don’t know if you do this too, but I come barreling through the door and up the stairs after a great run and weigh myself. May not be completely accurate, but damn it feels good. I don’t know how tall you are or what your goal is, but you look great! Keep up your wonderful positive outlook. Thank you for answering my question on my blog. I don’t feel so bad about ignoring strength training now.
I’m doing the 2lbs to goal dance for you! That’s less than 1kg (if that helps, coz, you know, it SOUNDS smaller). Take care with that whole “boob has mystery density” thing. I mean, the worst part of any of that HAS to be the mammogram, doesn’t it?
Hi Josephine, I have been naughty and haven’t been on the programme in a while now. But, for the last couple of days i have been re-reading your blog to get me back into everything. You are kind of like my Holy Grail with weight loss. So proud of how much you have accomplished and it gives me the perseverance i need to get to goal. Thank you!
