RIP Twinkie

I had to postpone my Maine trip because my beloved 17-year-old kitty, Twinkie, went into kidney failure late last week. After trying desperately to get her rehydrated (and basically restart her kidneys) with subq fluids this weekend, I finally had to euthanize her this morning.

Needless to say, I’m going to miss her desperately. There are simply no words to describe her surpassing sweetness.

    So sorry to hear about your beautiful kitty Josephine….I am an animal lover as well and know how you’re feeling……..she’s in a much better place now..hugs!

    OMG Josephine… I am so, SO sorry to hear about your kitty. But I know for sure she has a friend waiting for her over the rainbow bridge, lots of friends even and I bet my Meena is already playing with Twinkie right now!

    awww… i’m sorry! but she’s in kitty heaven now. and she gets to chase all the mice and moles she wants (but of course not hurt them, they are robotic). sending you positive vibes…
