Random Dinner Photo - Tostada

FlatOut multigrain wrap (of course!) baked until crisp with black beans mashed with chipotle peppers and adobo sauce and topped with shredded romaine lettuce, Vidalia onions, yellow squash, habanero sauce and a jalapeƱo pepper slice. This was DELICIOUS and next time I make it I need to pile MORE good stuff on top such as: corn, green & red peppers, shredded carrots, etc. These wraps really hold up to putting tons of stuff on them!

I love the big bite that is missing. Like you had one taste and had to hurry and share the goodness with us. I almost feel as though I was there.

I also have to say your eating might be rubbing off on me. At this time, I don’t think I will ever entirely give up meat, but I am starting to think more outside my box. Thank you and Heather for that.

Looks like my kinda quick throw together thing! What else can I do with black beans? I got about 6 cans on sale and not sure what else to do with ‘em besides what you just did. What else can I throw these little buggers into?

Yum, that looks GREAT!!! Did you bake it with the black beans on it, or put them on after baking the Flat Out?
