July 24, 2008–>188.6–> (-.6) ugh, so frustrated. this can barely be considered a loss. what a joke.

July 31, 2008–> 187.8–> (-.8) well, not the type of weight loss I was hoping for this week…but at least I didnt gain.

August 7, 2008–> 186.2–>(-1.6) woohoo! One of my best Losses for a while! I’m not complaining! I want to keep this going! :-)

August 14, 2008–> 184.6 –> (-1.6) Woohoo! not complaining!

August 21, 2008–>184.2 (not on my official/normal scale, but on a pretty good digital one)

Second Mini Goal- 198–>met on May 15, 2008. Will reward myself with my ipod nano as long as i maintain this weight next week!

Long-term goals: (these goals are all based on losing 1.5 lbs per week, which is what in general seems most do-able to me. If I lose more than 1.5 lbs per week, that’s AWESOME, but it’s not something that I can expect or depend on)

On June 12 I want to weigh 195 (Met, albeit a few weeks late)

On September 18 I want to weigh 177 (i changed this because before it was 167, but that’s not realistic, and my goals need to be realistic and achievable to actually function as motivators)

On December 11 I want to weigh 159

On March 19 I want to weigh 138

On June 11 I want to weigh 127 –>GOAL
