got up and had a great workout this morning, best i had a in a while. went to the gym and did 45 min on the treadmill, 3 miles in 42 minutes, and then some cool down. also did about 40 min weights and abs which was great.
really happy with my workout.

got off track friday and saturday (obviously) but picking it back up tomorrow. going to the gym with a friend in the morning and hten brunch. have to makes sure i stay on track at brunch and food all day. made a new jogging mix so hopefully the treadmill will go well at the gym. [...]
