I too hope fervently that you get a break. If you can get the keys of an empty friends house, just buy some good food, drinks, maybe a book and crash there without entertaining any communication.

Or if afforable, go for a day in a spa.

Please think of something and run away and hide for a day at least. How about calling sick and staying home when your BF is away at work? That could be a little break too?

this wasn’t your average nacho. we’re talkin’ shredded chicken, extra white cheese sauce, extra guac. but hey - why skimp on anything? i had already spent 10 hours drinking beer. back on the wagon today. thanks for your comments.

i hope you can get the hell out of dodge. even if it’s a day at the park, or a hike.

Man oh man, I’m with you on that one. I was just saying the same thing (sorta) on my blog. I haven’t been away in years, neither has my husband. We already work overtime just to get by. Really have to do some creative thinking. Hope you get your vacation soon!

Yep dear bobbie - you need a rest! Hopefully your man will be able to swing a little extra sweat and give you both a much deserved rest.

I’m glad you didn’t know either - you have so much to share and the kids would miss out horribly without you!
