		<description>I love that comment about the doughnuts.  I never think of it that way either.  Maybe if we did we wouldn't be where we are.  Also, don't stress the long term goals.  It becomes insurmountable that way.  Every week that you're lighter than the week before is a victory.</description>

		<description>Gawd isn't that right, I too stress if I eat and it is not fair.  I don't want to stress when I eat.  I don't want to gain weight either.  I am so tired of this. 
Bobbie is just is not right, damn donuts! :)
But we can and will do this...one day one week, one pound at a time.
Don't think of it in terms of 40 or 50 pounds, just 10 pounds at a time. That is what I am doing.  Small goals, the big ones seem too large if you look at them, so small goals keep me going.</description>

		<description>Hi!  It is overwhelming, and I've made flowcharts of projected weight loss hundreds of time.  I did it when I weighed 1900.  And I did it, 20 years later, when I weighed 290.  After three weeks of being strictly on plan, I've lost 6 pounds.  So.  I can either buy a six-pack of Twinkies, or keep on being on plan and EVENTUALLY, at a date uncertain, I may weigh 190 again, take a deep breath, and get that last 40 or 50 pounds off.

Point being, in 20 years (knock wood), you'll still be here.  Do you want to weigh 290?  If not, get the feeling!  Find a plan you can LIVE with, realize you can't dump it all in al month, and enjoy living again.  Easy to say...... :)  Good luck!</description>
