Thanks for your kind comments on my blog. Yes you can do it if I did anyone can Sometimes its SO difficult you just have to remember why you are doing it and how good you will feel when you loose weight which is always better than how lousy you feel after you binge *sighs* I know its not that easy thou. Its cheesy but true ‘nothing tastes as good as thin feels’ Good Luck! X
Thanks for the comment on my blog Bobbie. You’ve got a great attitude! I sometimes buy jackets I really like in sizes that don’t fit. I bought a 14 once, and now it fits. I have a 12 and a 10 hanging in the closet. The 12 fits but just barely…for now
