8/3: 2 eggs, 3 sl turkey bacon, 1/2 cup peppers, 1/4 c onion.

snack: 2 tbs pb; 6 slices salami, 4 slices cheese

lunch: 2 cup salad greens, 1/4 cup tomato, 1/2 cup shrimp, 1/2 cucumber, homemade caesar dressing.

dinner: 1 1/4 turkey burget, 1 sl lf cheese, sl red onion

snack: 2 cheese sticks

lunch: 1 can tuna, 2 tsb mayo, 1/2 green pepper

dinner: 2 cups romaine, 5 oz chicken, 1/4 c tomoato, ranch dressing
