30 min weights and 15 min walking today

did 30 min weight yesterday, but slacked on cardio. hey, i only got 45 min of sleep on sunday night… well anyway, 30 min walking down today.
+ 10 min of stretching.
for the week: 130/300
60 minutes of ballet in. tomorrow, i’ll have the chance to get to the gym for weight training. here’s this week’s schedule:

is my first weigh in. my stupid scale gives me different readings no matter where i am in the house. plus, at the gym, there is no more scales. blah. i feel better, especially because i have been walking all this week. next week, i start with weight training.
i hope things go ok. i know that the scale is not the end all, but i would like to see something for my hard work.
after a little slip up last night, I’m back in the saddle today. I’m hoping for a 2lb loss this saturday.

so, i’m back on alli. i have a wedding in 2 months, and I want to look as good as possible.
I’m also exercising. I did 30 min today, 1.5 miles around the track.
