Learning to not &#8220;eat&#8221; your emotions away or push them down with food is really a lesson i must  learn. I was stressed this afternoon with homework,kids fighting etc and I just had to work thru it. I immediately wanted to eat something to make the feeling go away but i fought it. I think if we can keep this in mind, it will make a big difference in our success. Just a thought i wanted to share&#8230;</p>
