Just had a light bulb moment. One key to weight loss is learning to feel stress, deal with it, and move on. Learning to not “eat” your emotions away or push them down with food is really a lessonĀ i mustĀ  learn. I was stressed this afternoon with homework,kids fighting etc and I just had to work thru it. I immediately wanted to eat something to make the feeling go away but i fought it. I think if we can keep this in mind, it will make a big difference in our success. Just a thought i wanted to share…
