09/25/08 - hemp protein powder. I was sceptical, but it has an interesting nutty flavour that goes well in fruit smoothies.
)6/20/07 - butterball turkey bacon - tastes ok, but needs to be cooked until crisp. Adding a touch of oil helps.  Has its own texture, not a real good substitute for the real thing. An acquired taste.
05/15/07 - organic multi-grain cooked cereal - kinda like oatmeal but chewier - very very good for you but needs to be well-cooked or it sits in your tummy like a lead ball. Also watch it doesn’t boil over because that makes quite a mess on the stove.ÂÂ
05/02/07 - Lean Cuisine Chicken Fettucine. 330 calories, no preservatives. That’s good. No flavour either. ÂÂ
04/24/07 - Have just tried Hellmans Salad Spritzers. What a great idea. In 10 sprays you get lots of salad dressing flavour and only 15 calories. Totally saves the salad.
Tried tofu bacon. Yuck.
