Weight: 140.0. YES, WE CAN!

Breakfast: tba UPDATE: fat free yogurt with a bag of JC cereal

Lunch: tba UPDATE: small cup of JC fat free soup and a 100 cal bag of Mr Salty’s

Snack: A granola bar

Dinner: tba UPDATE: JC Turkey burger, JC cheetos and a big glass of water

10k training: scheduled-2.5 mile run. It is wet out, I will probably do it at the gym on the TM and shoot for some speed intervals. UPDATE: didn’t go, got too busy with work and then when I was finally able to go (8 pm) my indigestion was enough to knock me out.

Other exercise: scheduled-50 pushups and situps UPDATE: didn’t do it, same excuse as above. Plus check my other blog for my work related to excuse.

But seriously, this indigestion? Is freaking killing me. Any suggestions for over the counter help?
