Food 10.6

October 6th, 2008

Goal: stay on plan! UPDATE: If we all pretend like the boy scout popcorn was NEVER HERE (what popcorn?), then I had a very good day on plan.  I forgot to update my DAILY FRESHNESS.  Yesterday was a banana and some very delicious purple grapes  Today was nothing, no room for fresh produce when you have stuffed your gullet with carmel corn.  Oh, wait.  What carmel corn?

Breakfast: JC french toast.  Off to a good start so far.

Lunch: JC turkey burger, handful of boy scout carmel corn… which apparently is handmade by Satan because, dear Lord, is it delicious and addictive

Dinner: UPDATE: had a JC fettucine dinner, plus a big heap o’ steamed broccoli.  And 1/2 a homemade salmon cake which was so scrumptious yum.

Exercise: Rest day, woot!  UPDATE:  Went for a four mile walk.  My kind o’ rest.  UPDATE: Kickin’ it Old Skool, did my sit ups, push ups and squats x 25 each… and lived.  Remember when squats used to be called deep knee bends?  Or am I doing it wrong?  Remember when your core was your abs, and before that it was just a stomach?  Ah, the good ole days.

    Hey, that’s a reast day FAIL. ;)

    I like sneaking in a bit of extra exercise like that. I feel all stealthy and everything.
