Breakfast: oatmeal with brown sugar, apple juice
Lunch: JC pizza while the family had “real” pizza. Then my son took all of the sausage and pepperoni off of three slices of pizza and, you guessed it, I devoured the “scraps.” So much for saving those calories by having my whole wheat low fat JC pizza.
Dinner: GNO. three glasses of red wine, salmon spread on a bagette, variety of cheeses and brie. All of which I had more than my fair share
Exercise: forgot to post my exercise! I did my three mile run per the 10k plan. It went great. Also did my old skool work out, so sit ups, push ups and squats x 24 each.
Yes, I was whining about how it was killing me, but until I am actually literally dead, I’m going to keep trying. But I don’t think I will ever be able to do 50 sit ups. Period. Ever. Also, TJ, thanks for the back warning. I am doing modified sit ups starting in the sitting up position with feet tucked under couch, arms crossed over chest, lowering down so that lower back is on the floor, but not so far that the shoulders ever touch the floor. Learned that one in PT many years ago and have had no back issues with it.
