Old Skool = Old Fool

October 4th, 2008

That October exercise plan?  With the Old Skool exercises from boot camp?  Yeah, when I came up with that great idea, how come none of the comments said LAY DOWN THE CRACK PIPE, TINY, YOU’RE WHACKED? Some friends you chicks turned out to be.

So, I did my 23 pushups, 23 situps and 23 squats, deep squats, touch the floor squats. Today is October 4 and my one-month plan is just about killing me.

Adding one per day with a goal of 50?  STUPID IDEA

And did I say “sit ups” instead of “crunches”?  You guys know that I was totally just joking, right, and we should switch to crunches now?  Right?

I never in my wildest dreams thought that there would be a set of anything in which squats would be my “best event.”

So I’m at day 4 of the October plan and my abs are a’throbbing, my knees are a’popping and my arms are limp noodles.  Yay for fitness!

I think we were all so impressed by your plan that none of us thought about those things.

    Maybe you should alternate days?
