Food 10.4
October 4th, 2008
Breakfast: skipped it, stayed in bed until, um, 11 am
Lunch: JC chicken sandwich, JC cheese curls and diet soda (notice I said soda, not coke, woe is me)
Dinner: Went to Burgerville. Link is for Big Prof, who once asked me what is Burgerville, but I was probably too busy stuffing my face to answer her. So DH and I split a Tillamook cheeseburger and an order of Sweet Potato Fries.
Dessert: Boozy hot chocolate, which could lead to my ultimate demise. If you missed the recipe, it’s one envelope of Nestle’ instant hot chocolate, add a shot of creme de menthe, a shot of creme de cocoa and a splash of milk. Top with a handful of mini marshmallows. You can thank me later.
10k plan: Training plan calls for 40 minute walk which I will do in just a bit. DONE… in the rain, fyi.
