Food 10.3

Breakfast: half a fat free yogurt

Lunch: nice green salad, cup of JC soup, 100 cal bag of chocolate pretzels

Snack: booze infused hot chocolate… yum

Dinner: Happy hour… 2 beers, spinach/artichoke dip/ hummus/ andouille sausage with hot mustard on a baguette/ blue cheese and chicken croquettes.  OH MY GOD.  good times, ladies, good times

Exercise: Training plan calls for a scheduled rest day… yeah baby!  But I still did my squats, situps and pushups x 22.  

Fresh veggie: salad at lunch

    You two are so cute & young looking, I have no idea which one of you is younger…& probably your real body age (based on fitness level) is probably pretty close to your daughter’s!
