Food 10.2

Breakfast: JC pancakes w/sausage, watermelon (my freshie of the day!)

Lunch: JC buritto and JC cheese curls, diet coke

Snack: A bag of peanut butter M&Ms with 78 zillion grams of fat.

Dinner:  here’s where it all falls apart.  DH caught a monster salmon the other weekend, and a friend of mine smoked it and brought our half over for us today.  OMG so delicious.  So for dinner I had a nice big chunk of salmon and a nice big salad.  Then I made cream cheese salmon spread and had a shitton of that on crackers.  And then some more of it.  And then some more.  And then another chunk of salmon.  And then a handful of peanut butter stuffed pretzels because they were on the counter and I was in eat mode.  And a diet coke.  Of course.

Exercise: Per training plan, ran my 1.5 miles.  Did it at an odd time, 5:30 p.m., and since we live “in town,” it was kind of a pain in the ass because there was traffic and I had to do a lot of stopping at crosswalks, the ones I normally don’t have to stop for when I run at non-traffic times.  Even with the stopping, though, I did the 1.5 in 17 minutes, which I am happy about because for me a 12-minute mile is perfectly respectable.

Also did my squats, pushups and situps x 21 each.  That maybe burnt off, what four of the M&Ms, maybe?
