Food 8/21

Pre gym breakfast: yogurt

Post gym breakfast: bottle of water, JC french toast

Lunch: JC turkey burger, 100 cal pack of cheetos, diet coke

Snack 1: Vivanno (chocolate banana)

Snack2: handful of almonds

Dinner: JC potstickers, small serving of low-fat ice cream, diet coke

Exercise: Ran 5 miles, can I get an Amen?  Posted it here.
