Weigh in

There’s not much to say.  I am down .6 pound.  For all the f*ing exercise I have been doing, I excpect and deserve more!  I’ll forego the whining and be happy that it’s a loss, not a gain or a hold.  But jeez!

    Wow on yesterday and how was boot camp today after all that? I’m betting you are building muscle this week and that is why no big loss - but, then the muscle will burn fat while you sleep. How cool is that?? I lost to my lowest weight once after building a lot of muscle. You go, woman!
