Food 8/19

Breakfast: JC pancakes, water

Lunch: diet coke, two little slivers of homemade zuchinni bread (not made by me) and a 100 cal snack pack of cheetoes

Dinner: UPDATE: JC chicken and beans.  Also had a pre-dinner snack of a yogurt and a post-workout snack of a Vivanno from S’bux.

Exercise: nothing yet, but plan is go to gym with DH tonight, which I don’t want to do because the nighttime gym visits with the early morning boot camp are not a good combo, but Tuesday night is supposed to be our workout together night, so we’ll see.

UPDATE: Went to the gym and ran 4.7 miles!  Actually, I did walk the last .2 +/-, but a solid 4.5 mile run.

    Hope you are kickin’ butt at boot camp this morning! You are sounding like periwinkle these days with all this exercise!

    awesome run!! Let me know how the exercise the night before with boot camp the next day turned out. Actually, I think I know. I had a training session MOnday night then did 50 minutes on the elliptical Tuesday morning — my legs are still sore.
