Food 8/17

Breakfast: pre-5k - 1/2 a whole wheat bagle with peanut butter, bottle of water; post-5k - strawberry/peach smoothie, more water, lots of it

Lunch: a ham/pear/brie crepe, tiny side salad and diet coke

Dinner: JC fish and chips, diet coke and JC cookies

Snack: handful of almonds

Exercise: 5k, in which I was very kick ass.  Offiical race results here!
