Food 8/14

Breakfast: skipped

Lunch: JC wedding soup, JC cheese curls, can of diet coke

Dinner: big green salad, small portion of pork loin, can of diet coke, bottle of water, JC brownie for dessert

Exercise: nothing yet, and OMG it is supposed to get up to 104 outside, so no thanks

UPDATE: Ran 3.1 miles in 37 minutes 14 seconds… woot!

    eww…i thought the weather here was bad (92)…guess i shouldn’t have complained in my post. :) sorry to hear about your measurements and the no loss, but better than no gain, in inches and in lbs right? i’ll tell you what my hubby told me about the inches these past two weeks, maybe it’ll give you a lil more comfort than it did i. :) from working out so hard with your new plan, your muscles are a bit out of wack and swollen, so their trying to adjust, he told me to give it three weeks until i see any results, by then the average person’s body should be ready to show the loss…but since my body is not “average” i’m giving myself a month before I see anything in my clothes and measurement tape…so as far as i’m concerned i have 3 more weeks lol…hope that helps ya out. if not, don’t give up, you’re doing a great job and the results will start coming soon…hang in there!

    hey there! nice run!!! and great food today too! so i mapped a run that would be 3 miles, and also mapped the 4 mile run which is one big loop. you think that i wont die doing the 4 mile one? even if i havent even done 4 miles in the gym? if you think i can do it, tiny, im gonna do it! but i want your expert advice!

    agh. im chickening out and thinking i should stick to my 3 mile? ive never ever run outside before, so im scared im just going to entirely fail. oh man. doesnt that 1 mile make a difference?

    ok last comment tonight i promise. thought about your message and talked to my best friend. decided to go for the 4 mile tomorrow, worst comes to worst, i run the 2nd 30 mins.
