Food 8/9

Breakfast:  3/4 of fat free yogurt, bottle of water

Lunch: JC pancakes, a banana

Snack: One slice of wheat toast with peanutbutter, 1/4 of a canteloupe

Dinner: 2 slices of craptastic frozen pizza, diet coke

Snack: at the movie: small bag of popcorn and bag of m&ms, and yet another diet coke

Exercise: Ran 3.5 miles, walked 1 mile, biked 2.25 miles

    Ya got me by a mile! :lol: really! I managed to squeeze out 2.5 running this morning and I still don’t know how I did that much. What a s### A$$ day for running. Then I biked 2.5 miles and even that was all off! I declare I’m giving up till Monday. I believe my legs felt about the same as you described in your last post!
