Things I’m thinking about this morning…

We’re going camping with girl scouts this weekend. Forecast for where we will be is high of 64 low of 51 for the weekend. Now tell me, doesn’t that sound grand? NOT
I’m thinking about starting a new blog on blogger.com. Will any of my 3fc friends bookmark it and still comment and still be my friends? I worry about these things. Tried it once before but didn’t really put much effort into it. But I just figured out how to mobile blog from my phone onto blogger and, omg, how much fun is that. Snap a camera photo, enter a caption, press a button and, voila!, it’s on the blog.
Is it wrong that I want to have a more generalized blog to share with family and friends and I don’t want the name “fat chicks” in the url? I am shallow. I’m sorry.
I saw on someone’s 3fc blog that they are working towards an October goal so they can get into a cool Halloween costume. How much do you love that idea!? I am now obsessed with searching the Web for somewhat slutty-yet-still-mom-appropriate costumes that I can work towards as a goal. I don’t know why losing weight makes me want to be a little bit slutty, but there you go. Not slutty in attitude, mind you, but kind of hot-mom-showing-a-little-too-much, if you know what I mean.
Loved the line in the SATC movie when shopping for Halloween costumes, something along the lines of the only choices a woman has are witch or sexy kitten. So right on.
My morning goal was get up and work on the court hearing transcript from hell, get 40 pages done and take with me to the eye doctor to proofread while waiting for my appt. And now, oops, I am still in bed on my laptop and it’s time to get dressed and go to the eye doctor with no proofreading and no work done. Crap.

I think it is a wonderful thing to have another blog, and I for one would stop by and visit
I haven’t given out this address to many people b/c of the 3fatchicks address either. Plus, when I log in from hubby’s work computer, I am hoping that if IT ever looks at his usage they won’t think he’s looking at something inappropriate.

Of course I’ll keep reading your blog, you make me laugh. And I think it’s completely normal to want to be a bit more slutty. The guys I teach with always check out the moms at conferences and comment on the MILF’s (mom’s I’d like to f*^%) I want to be a MILF! Maybe I should change my title to that
