Just so you know…

doritos.jpgI just ate half a bag of Flaming Hot Doritos.  Not a little snack bag… but not the family sized bag either.  The regular big bag of doritos.  Half.  Of the Bag.  By myself.  After dinner.  When I was not even hungry.

I thought you would want to know.

Oh, my bad… they’re buffalo, not flaming.  Pardon my dorito faux passe.

DH and DD9 had ice cream and I did not have any.  Do I get points for that?

    Ah! definitely points for the no ice cream! chips are kinda my downfall too, but with your awesome workout schedule, i think you’ll recover from your chip night just fine!

    SO! question for you!: i’ve been reading online about treadmill running vs outdoor running, and it seems like the general consensus is, it’s better running practice and a better workout overall for people to run outside than on treadmills. I’ve ONLY jogged/run on treadmills, never ever outside. i’ve noticed that you do both. so, which did you start out with? how do you go back and forth? and my biggest question, since i’ve only done treadmill is, (maybe this is stupid) how do i make myself go as quickly outdoors, when I cant pick my speed, etc? ahh do these questions make any sense? sorry to be bogging you down, but I feel like you’re the perfect person to ask, since you run both outside and indoors.

    Ah Doritos, they are evil aren’t they? I LOVE the biking saga, good for you riding all the way up that hill! Maybe next time DD will be inspired to try the same. And the only reason to ride up a hill is to enjoy flying down them. This is what I tell myself every time I go biking. :)
