Food 6/10

Breakfast: yogurt and JC cereal

Lunch: JC chicken sandwich, JC bruschetta chips, chocolate pudding cup (80 cal, 0 fat).  So far today the pudding is the only thing I have had that was off plan.

Dinner: JC fish and chips, two mini cream puffs (off plan) and a diet coke

Snack: JC vitamin bar and a bottle and a half of water

Exercise: DH swears we will be running together tonight, so I am going to skip my trip to the gym today, but if he cancels on me I’m going to be pissed.  I worried about the same thing last week (our first workout together night) and he didn’t punk out, so I’m going to take him at his word!  Plan for me is run 5k with speed burst intervals.

UPDATE: I did my upper body workout in the afternoon and then a four mile run at 8:30 pm.  I’ll post my run details on my 5k to 5 mile page.
