Bah…
Weight is going up. I’m won’t weigh my self every day anymore. That’s torture. Friday mornings only. Same time, same situation. Worked out, haven’t eaten breakfast etc.
I thought I might be past the euphoria of starting a few workout/diet plan. It’s confirmed. This sucks.

Oh man, I feel for ya. That was totally me last week, after a week of working out sooo hard and eating well. I gained weight!! Might I suggest taking measurements… I think I have figured out that when I don’t lose weight, I’m still losing inches…then eventually the weight comes off on the scale.
Hang in there!! It DOES suck… I haven’t really found an enjoyable part of this whole diet/exercise thing yet, but I know we’ll look good once we lose the weight!

Just keep plugging away. you are doing well. keep it up and stay the course. It will come off.
