		<description>Arm day today and we all know how much I love arm day.....yeah right!!

Did 20 minutes on treadmill using program #12, walked 0.99miles at 3.0miles per hour.

Did all the arm machines.

Went back to treadmill for 20 minutes and did program #6, walked another 0.99 miles at 3.0 miles per hour. </description>

		<description>Changed it up a bit today.

Did 20minutes of #12program on the treadmill and walked 1mile.

Then did all the leg machines.

Went back and did another 20minutes on the treadmill for another 0.9miles.

I feel like I worked really hard today!! </description>

		<description>Wow......been a busy week and only managed 2 trips to the gym. :-(

Tried to work as hard as I could today.

Walked 1.01miles in 20minutes at 1.0 incline

Did arm machines with 1.43minutes at treadmill in between.

Finished with #12program on treadmill walked 15.06minutes for a distance of 0.78miles.  This was an interval ...</description>

Walked 0.75miles in 15.12minutes with an incline of 1.0

Then, did leg machines with 2.03minutes at the treadmill in between.

Ended with #2 option on treadmill (Track Course) walked another 15 minutes and walked 0.77 miles.

Totals:  1.88miles and 36.21 mins of cardio. </description>
