Did arms today and only did 1 rotation of arm machines at 30 reps with 2 minutes at treadmill in between. Increased my weight as well. My arms are very weak so its frustrating.
I’m trying to increase my cardio so I can build up some stamina. Did 1.96 miles today. The first 0.75 before I start on the machines is the hardest as my shins are still sore even with insoles in my shoes.
