Yeah, it’s Monday!!
Mixed things up a bit and tried to get in a bit more cardio today then normal. Only did 1 rotation on the leg machines but tried to increase the weight a bit this week.
I’m having a terrible time with shin splints…..I think I’m going to try some arch support insoles and see if that helps a bit.
Today I walked 1.74miles in total and got 32.31 minutes of cardio!
