Happy Friday and Happy SysAdm Day!!
Today was leg day and I LOVE Leg day.
Walked my usual 0.75miles to warmup and then did all the leg machines (2×30) with 2 minutes at the treadmill in between. Wrote down everything I did today so I could figure out exactly how many miles I was walking and keep track of the weights I’d doing on the machine.
