So, I weighed myself before my workout this week and the scale said 271#……..that’s down 9# from last week. Yeah! I’m sure most of it is water weight but I’m glad anyway….gives me hope that I may be able to lose some of this.
So, today was arm day………..I hate arm day! Walked 0.75miles did all the arm machines with 2 minutes at treadmill in between…….for a total of about 1.75 miles.
I think next week I’m actually going to write down exactly how much I’m walking.
