Wooh……tired today!

Walked 0.75miles and then did my arm machines (2×30reps) with 2 minutes at the treadmill in between.  Continued with the increased speed of 3.4 at my “in-between” times.   In 2 weeks I hope to up my regular walking speed from 3.2 to 3.4.

Met my goal to workout 4 times this week!  Yeah me!.

Next week’s goals will be:

1.  Continue with 4 workouts a week

2.  Keep a food journal so next week I can start counting calories.
