Missed my workout on Friday this week due to some family obligations but I’ll work out both today and Sunday to get my 4 days in this week.
Today I walked 0.75miles and then did all the leg machines (2×30reps) with 2 minutes at the treadmill in between. Up the speed at my “in-between” times to 3.4 so now I’m walking 0.11miles between machines.
Did some stretching at the end as well.
