Wow, today was my 1st morning workout and I like it alot better!
Walked 1 mile on the treadmill and did all the arm machines (2×30reps) with my regular 2 minutes at the treadmill in between.
Worked out for 65minutes and had enough time to get home shower and get to work on time!
Weighed myself after my workout and 3/4 of a bottle of water and the weight was 280#. This is going to be my regular weigh-in time and routine so hopefully I’ll start to see some change.
I like working out in the morning, too. It gets the morning started on the right foot. Keep it up!!
