This should have been posted last night but I was way too tired.

Went to the gym after work.  Did 1 mile on the treadmill……little slower than normal, for some reason my legs were sore yesterday.  Also, was missing my socks……dumb me.

Anyway in addition to the 1mile of walking I did all the leg machines (2×30 reps) with 2 minutes of treadmill in between each machine.

I’m planning on going again on Wednesday am.

I’m thinking of doing a 1 mile Walking off the Pounds DVD on my off days.  Has anyone used that program?

You’re hitting that gym pretty often, Techiemom! Before you know it, you’ll feel lost if you don’t work out! I go to the gym for water aerobics but need to start using some of the machines.

Sorry, I haven’t done the Walking off the Pounds DVD.
