Less intense workout today.
Walked a mile and then did arm machines with 2 minutes of cardio in between machines. Determined I can walk 0.10 miles in 2 minutes.
I go back to work next week so my workout time will change to mornings. I’m hoping I can get in enough of a workout in the limited about of time that I have. If I don’t I’ll have to go a couple of evenings a week too.
I’m starting to feel the adreneline rush that people talk about!
Exercise is very addicting, in a good way
Keep going on a regular basis so it becomes a habit and you’ll be healthy in no time.
