So, went to the gym today and my starting weight was 281#. Omg…..
Anyway, did 0.72miles while I wanted for my gym buddy. Our plan is to do a warm-up and then do 2-reps on a machine and then do 2 minutes on the treadmill and then back to the machine. We do each machine 3 times before moving to the next one.
Overall today I did all the leg machines and a back extension, walked over 2 miles and then did some stretching at the end.
I’m feeling good about my workout.
Sounds like a neat workout and it’s so wonderful that you have a buddy to workout with. I’m sure it just makes the time fly by.
Yes, a buddy really helps. It’s easy to decide “I don’t want to go today” but when I’ve made a commitment to meet someone it’s harder to do that.
