I found the new WW breakfast products!  Yea.  I am (right now) eating the new breakfast taco (I think it’s called).  It is a tortilla with egg, cheese, and turkey bacon in it.  I think onions too.  VERY GOOD!!!!!!  Very good!  Really!  I was worried that it would be teeny tiny!  But it is a normal sized taco size tortilla.  The filling tastes like something I made at home.  Really good.  Yea!  Weight Watcher people!!!

Got up and filled up my 34 oz water bottle. I’m going to try to drink 4 of them every day. That will give me about 1 gallon. Hoping that will help with water retention.

I have to write more.  It really helps and it also helps to read others blogs - it gives me encouragement just knowing that others are out there going thru the same thing.

Did NOT do well this weekend.  We went to college orientation with daughter.  Meals were included in the price so we ate “not so good” stuff and then (of course) every meal had dessert.  Really yummy desserts.  I never eat that many sweets!!  It was good but I’m paying for it!!!!

Oh well, back to being good!

Okey dokey!  Hubby left yesterday so this is my 1st day of eating good.  Go Terri Go!  Hey, I’m being my own cheerleader.

We didn’t go to church - I didn’t set the alarm.  Our preacher is going to be out the next couple of weeks so we are having subs - which are not always the most exciting.  I know, I shouldn’t be like that but …

Breakfast:  lean pocket breakfast - 3 pts.

Lunch:  lean cuisine - 6 pts.

already went to the rec center - 10 mins treadmill and 40 mins bike

I never know what the date is.  I think it is the 12th.

OK I weighed yesterday and liked the number so what did I do???   Hubby works half days on Fridays so we went for pizza for lunch and then last night I went out with friends for Mexican food.  I was not very hungry at dinner since I ate a big lunch so I didn’t eat a lot of mexican food but still.  Oh well, Hub went out of the country today and we always eat mexican before and after an “out of the country” trip.  Those English chaps try to make mexican but ….. So we ate it again today before he went to the airport.  Did you get all that - 1 pizza, 2 mexican.  But he will be gone til Thursday and I really do eat well when he is not here.  I just pull out lean cuisine or soup or something easy.

SAVING GRACE - we went on a 30 mile bike ride this morn.  It was windy so riding against the wind was hard.  I wasn’t real happy and I yelled (at no one really) a few times.  Of course Hubby thinks I’m yelling at him and gets upset.  I just sorta roar at the circumstance.  I thought I was ok with him leaving today but I guess I was a little upset.  I mean he travels a lot for work and (weird) once he is gone - I’m ok.  It’s just getting everything ready - washed, packed - that makes me really anxious.  ANYWAY - the bike ride today is 4 days working out this week so I just have to work out tomorrow to get my normal 5 days.  Yeah!!!  My week is from Mon - Sun.

Tonight I will probably have either a frozen dinner or maybe a bowl of black bean soup.  Something with low points!!!!

I really need to get back to writing here regularly! It really helps to write down things and keep up with my eating.

I thought I had gained weight. I have been riding my bike and working out like a mad woman but I was eating more too. I really thought I was above 140. I got up my nerve and weighed this morn. I HATE WEIGHTING because I can be happy in then fall into a very bad day just by seeing a yucky number on the scale - you know. Well, I weighed and it was 139.8. YEA! OMG! I’m still under 140. No by much - but hey! I just want to get below 135 - it that too much to ask???? I would just be so happy!

I’m crazy I know. Like I said earlier - I’ve been working out 5 times a week for at least 1 hour and on days we go riding road bikes, it is about 2 hours (30 miles at a time). My hubby (love him!) says that my butt and legs are really looking smaller. Why do I have to be at a certain number? I don’t know - maybe it’s because - I”M A GIRL!!! I think it is in our blood.

So, I’m really really really going to try to write every day or so. I can do this!
