OK, I have broken through my ceiling!  I want to stay between 135 and 140.  I am now at 141.5!  That is OUTSIDE my bouncing area!  OK, now Im serious.

I will be weighing every morning until I get back within my bouncing area.

It’s a good thing I’m really not an emotional eater.  I will eat but I’m not driven to do it when things get bad.  I usually do a lot of just laying around and sleeping when I get depressed.  GOOD THING!!  My kids are having episodes that could send an emotional eater into a buffet FOR THE DAY!  I have one 17 year old (18 next month) and one 13 year old.  They are normally really good kids - but from time to time they can make really bad choices.  They both picked Thursday of this week to go crazy!!!  I could have freaked - drank - ate - wigged out!!!  But I prayed, prayed, prayed.  God is so faithful and I was OK.  I really think we handled both incidents well.  YEAH!
