I’ve been sick… I think I got it from my daughter… My throat was hurting so bad, my cough was killing my chest, my left nose was stuffed… It was just too much for me to workout.
Well, I am still at 179, which is good because I haven’t gained much. I think I can now start working out again, although I’m not recovered fully. Whew.
I’m going to do WATP 4 mile today for an hour today… and we will see if I will be up to do more.

Well, I went back to Zumba class today…60 minutes of HIGH cardio… so if I get to do more workout today, like the ones I actually planned to do, it will be GREAT! I did 45 minutes of Hi-Def Sculpt…so I did 105 minutes today! =) Yeah, I was supposed to do C25K today but since I don’t do WATP tomorrow, I will be doing C25K on top of 55 minutes of Hard Core Fusion (Hopefully), giving me total of 85 minutes.

So I started the WATP on 23-Jul-08… And it talks about looking slimmer and feeling great in 10 walks. (just like any other walkout dvds… it’s 10 workouts that they promise. :P)
Anyways… I did it on Jul 23, 25, 28, 30, Aug 4, 6, and today. So so far, it’s 7…I’ll see how much I have lost next weekend because I should be able to do about 3 sessions of it next week…

I did do 60 minute of WATP 4 mile and about 20 minute of 30 Day Shred. Then I was so tired on Aug 5 that I ended up sleeping till I had to go to work in the evening. Hopefully I will be able to do something today later…as I am going to go take a nap for now. I got only 5 hours of sleep. This stupid training is wearing me down… (yeah, gotta wake up at 9 or 10 in the morning for like one hour session of webex meeting… blah)

This is the fourth day I’ve been on the work-out plan. I had hard time starting today because my DD was fighting to go to nap soooo bad…and I work out when she’s taking a nap. But she finally gave in: one second, she’s going “I don’t wanna go night night.” and the next second, I don’t hear her. lol. I’m all pumped up from doing the workout.
Yay!
