Workout
Well, I went back to Zumba class today…60 minutes of HIGH cardio… so if I get to do more workout today, like the ones I actually planned to do, it will be GREAT! I did 45 minutes of Hi-Def Sculpt…so I did 105 minutes today! =) Yeah, I was supposed to do C25K today but since I don’t do WATP tomorrow, I will be doing C25K on top of 55 minutes of Hard Core Fusion (Hopefully), giving me total of 85 minutes. ![]()
