Workout for Aug 4

I did do 60 minute of WATP 4 mile and about 20 minute of 30 Day Shred. Then I was so tired on Aug 5 that I ended up sleeping till I had to go to work in the evening. Hopefully I will be able to do something today later…as I am going to go take a nap for now. I got only 5 hours of sleep. This stupid training is wearing me down… (yeah, gotta wake up at 9 or 10 in the morning for like one hour session of webex meeting… blah)
