After 3 days of “break”…. I’m finally back to working out.

30 minute C25K

20 minute Hard Core Fusion

Total 50 minute..

I know it’s not that much compared to the length I used to do…but the 3 days did affect me. I’m surprised that I can be affected this much only by 3 days but yeah, it happened. We went to SterlingFest yesterday…and ended up parking about 1 mile away from the festival area. So I got to walk about 2 miles or so and my back hurt bad. I know I made a bad choice by wearing flip-flop but still…. I really think it’s lack of exercise for the past 3 days. So…since my schedule is going back to normal starting today, I’m working out starting today again. I was going to do the full session of Hard Core Fusion which is 55 minutes but I didn’t want to shock my body either. After 30 minute of C25K, I decided with the express version. Then after 20 minutes instead of finishing the whole 35 minutes, I was getting bored and just blah… So I stopped. I’m hoping I’ll be back in the full mode tomorrow…

At least, I did something. :)
