Workout for 24-Jul-08

  • 30 minute C25K (Day 2, Wk 3)
  • 35 minute Hard Core Fusion
  • 20 minute Pilates

This is the fourth day I’ve been on the work-out plan. I had hard time starting today because my DD was fighting to go to nap soooo bad…and I work out when she’s taking a nap. But she finally gave in: one second, she’s going “I don’t wanna go night night.” and the next second, I don’t hear her. lol. I’m all pumped up from doing the workout. :) Yay!
